What en episode! From the first word to the last, @cussrunning and I have a very candid conversation about so many things. They have a goal to run with every run club in Cook County and I am in to hear about that! We talked a bunch about inclusivity when it comes to running and I was thrilled to boast about both @skokieswifters and @fasttrack.racingteam!
We both agree runners are one of a kind and that Joel at @usolerunning is the best!
